What is Sensory Processing?

Sensory processing is like the brain's orchestra, conducting a symphony of information from our senses. It affects how we eat, sleep, talk, move, hear, play, learn, and anything that involves our senses. Everything, basically.

For some individuals, this orchestra might need a bit of fine-tuning. For example, If someone can't sense their body well, they might be clumsy or oversensitive to touch and certain materials. Sensory processing helps this at a deep neurological level.
